Shipping policy 

1. Bestsalesdrugstore.com provides all packages via Air Mail, and requires your signature. 

2. Your order will be packaged discreetly for your privacy and protection. 

3. Our shipping charge is $8 USD for Canadian, Mexican, US, and $12 USD for international orders regardless of the number of items you purchase. Allow 10 to 21 business days for shipping. Because all orders are shipped via registered mail from Mexico, we are not able to expedite your order. We cannot do overnight shipping, and we do not offer rush order service. 

4. All orders will be dispatched within 2 days. Usually we process an order within 24 hours. All weekend orders will be batched on Monday. We make an effort to ensure that your order is shipped promptly! You will be automatically notified via E-mail when we approve and ship your order. 

5. If we send you a product and you wish to return it, you may return it for a full refund provided that it is in its original container and the packaging has not been opened. Simply send it to the return address listed on the package.

7. bestsalesdrugstore.com takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser. All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country. 

8. In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs we will re-ship your order for free. 

9. bestsalesdrugstore.com is not responsible for losses in mail, wrong deliveries or product damage caused due to improper handling by the mail service. 

10. bestsalesdrugstore.com is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to wrong shipping info provided by the purchaser or due to improper following of advises enclosed by bestsalesdrugstore.com. In the event this occurs, products can be reshipped according to section (11). 

11. Reshipments, other than those referenced in item (8) will only be carried out if the additional charge for the reshipment is covered by the purchaser, unless the improper delivery was caused by actions taken by bestsalesdrugstore.com and its supplier according to section (14). 

12. Prices are subject to change according to international currency rates and price changes by distribution channels without further notice.  

13. Availability of products is subject to change without further notice. 

14. bestsalesdrugstore.com is not responsible for dispatchment delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from the manufacturer/supplier or by any other delays caused by third party. Nor bestsalesdrugstore.com is responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays or by the mail service in charge of the delivery. 

15. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, bypassing section (11) and charges for the product value. 

16. Order cancellations are not accepted after payment has been processed. We will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping costs on any unopened products returned to us within 45 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued immediately following receipt of the returned package.  

17. All returns require an RMA issued by email upon request. NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders returned to our offices as refused delivery, unclaimed or cancelled before receipt of goods, customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

18. bestsalesdrugstore.com reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason (i.e. suspected fraud, insufficient information)

I cannot therefore hold Operator of this website responsible for any adverse effects I may suffer.
